When I watched Moana, I was so impressed by her spirit. She had a calling in her heart — and she followed it.

Fervently. Adamantly.

In spite of her father, whom she looked up to and respected so deeply, saying “No.”

He forbade anyone from going beyond the reef. The sea, he said, was dangerous. The people must stay within the safety of the island.

Moana tried to obey — to be the perfect daughter and future chief — but the ocean kept beckoning, her soul knew she needed to go. And she went.

Along the way, she discovered her people’s true heritage — they were once great voyagers, wayfinders who navigated by the stars and lived in harmony with the ocean. Her ancestors’ spirits guided her, reminding her who she truly was. It was in her blood. Her body knew. Her spirit knew.

The call wasn’t out there at all — it was within her.

The conflict lay in love — her parents only wanted to keep her safe.

She was a little reckless, yes — but a whole lot of brave.

Most importantly, she followed her truth.

And when the world was finally healed, Moana sailed home — not the same girl who once feared her destiny, but as a leader who embodied it.

She taught her people to voyage again, to remember their ancient wisdom, and to trust the ways of the sea.

Just like her, may we each learn to listen to the tides that call us home to who we’ve always been.

But… does that mean we continue to defy the people who care about us the most?

Can there be any middle ground?

When I was excitedly sharing with my father about his astrology chart and the miracles I’ve witnessed through energy healing, he said, “You don’t really believe this, do you?”

I realized that his paradigm, his worldview, was important to him.

It kept him safe. It helped him make sense of his world.

If he were to open his mind to believing that there might be another way — that energetics exists, that the metaphysical is real — it would shake the very foundation of the world he’s always known.

So I let it go. I didn’t try to explain or justify beyond what I had shared.

Something else I realized was that — as much as I want to be loved, seen, and accepted as I am by him, or by others who don’t understand this work — I equally have to love and see them as they are. Even if I have a different approach to life, a complete opposite set of guiding principles, I must accept that we are on different journeys. I can’t demand that they change their worldview for me to fit into it.

I can belong — already.

To myself, and to the people who are already walking this path with me.

I’ve had many clients and friends share that walking this path can feel like a lonely road — especially when surrounded by people who don’t ask the bigger questions, who don’t ponder life, who don’t wonder if there’s more than what they experience. Sharing about our journey can feel like speaking a different language altogether.

I used to feel this way too. I don’t anymore.

What I’ve grown to see is that the psyche — or the soul — always seeks equilibrium. If we go too far in one direction (for example, suppressing the soul to chase the desires of the ego), life will bring us back into balance. We may feel discomfort in our physical, mental, or emotional wellbeing — to the point where we can no longer keep up with ourselves.

So, if you’re reading this and have felt lonely — now, or once upon a time — know this: you are a wayfinder.

You embarked on this journey ahead of your peers.

Your world will catch up to you.

And you can guide others — not by telling them what to do, because their path isn’t yours — but by living your truth.

By being in the unknown and finding ease there.

By continuing to be brave.

By living from your heart. Your courage and authenticity show others what’s possible.

So, for the wayshowers, the self-starters, the spirited ones with a thirst to make the most of this one life — this is for you.

A 4D3N experience to know yourself at your core — your essence.

Through reflection on our learnings and life experiences over the past nine years.

Why nine years?

Because 2025 is a 9 year: 2+0+2+5 = 9.

And 2026 is a 1 year: 2+0+2+6 = 10 → 1+0 = 1.

The number 9 carries the vibration of closures, endings, and the breaking of karmic cycles and patterns. The things in our lives that no longer align, that we may have been holding onto, are swept away with the energy of this year.

1, on the other hand, carries the energy of new beginnings — initiations, projects, rebirth, renewal. A brand new chapter. A brand new you.

And in between 9 and 1 lies the 0 — the void, the quantum field, the wombspace — the place of creation.

In this retreat, we step into this 0.We undergo rituals, ceremonies, and deep reflection.

We take a vow of silence for a day.

It is an initiation.

It is a powerful, transformative experience.
