I shared my issues and it was related to blocks and procrastination - while I am aware and had actively tried to work on it myself, it just wasn't effective until I met Steph today. Stephanie is one of my trusted few that I allow to tap into my energy field. I didn’t quite know what to expect when I did Frequency Medicine with her but I knew it was aligned for me to receive it. She guided me through the journey based on what she was connecting with in my field, some of which were layered with ancestral information - I felt buzzing in my body and saw a lot of light frequencies. It almost felt like my body had ley lines that were being activated/calibrated through the session to support what was present in my field (whether it was to be witnessed or to be moved). It was activating yet so gentle at the same time. Even a few days later, I still feel the light pathways in my body/field that were journeyed into during the session. I felt so much energetically lighter and clearer after receiving the frequency medicine. Thank you Stephy.

This is my first time trying Acasma Quantum Energy healing with Steph. It was a short session but it helped me release energy that was stuck through crying. Her instructions were clear and strong – I was able to relax, follow her words and express myself. I could feel the energy within the session; my head was spinning, an airy feeling.With this healing session, I also learned from Steph that Guanyin was with me. I actually felt her presence on my left and was confirmed after.
