SOMATIC YOGA
& MEDITATION

Private somatic yoga and meditation sessions are intentionally curated based on your needs to support your body in coming into a restful and restored state, whether through the invigoration of an energizing flow or a grounded, nourishing practice. In these sessions, awareness is brought to specific body parts through the breath, asana, and sequence. It is a felt experience of coming into the body. The practice is accessible to all levels and bodies. The sessions can be conducted via Zoom, at your home, or our therapy room.
