Private breathwork therapy is a perfect starting point to deepen your relationship with yourself. Through intelligent breathwork sequences and focused attention toward the body, we become more sensitive and aware of physical sensations, emotions, and other ongoings. Memories from our unconscious will emerge, offering us an opportunity to re-narrate our stories with our present vantage point. With consistent practice, we receive greater perspectives and insights to our challenges and obstacles, allowing us to be free from our own binds and self-limiting beliefs and thought patterns. The practice is available for all bodies and levels of experiences. The practice is held on zoom or in our therapy room.
